Become a Facilitator
Thank you for your interest in sharing your knowledge and creativity with the Art House community.
Art House exists to bring people together through meaningful creative experiences in a beautiful environment. Every workshop we host reflects the values of craftsmanship, hospitality, curiosity, and community.
As a facilitator, you become an ambassador of the Art House experience. This guide outlines how we work together and what you can expect when leading a workshop in the studio.
Our Philosophy
Art House is more than a classroom.
We create experiences that encourage people to feel different, learn something new, and leave inspired. Whether guests are attending their first creative workshop or returning as members, every interaction contributes to the culture we are building together.
We ask every facilitator to help create an environment that is welcoming, encouraging, inclusive, and respectful.
The Details
Marketing
Art House will promote workshops through its marketing channels.
Facilitators are encouraged to help promote their workshops through their own social media and professional networks as well.
Whenever possible, please tag Art House in your posts so we can share your content with our community.
Photography
Art House may photograph or record workshops for promotional purposes.
If your workshop includes any restrictions regarding photography, please discuss them with us before the event.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a workshop, please notify Art House as soon as possible.
Because workshops require planning, staffing, and marketing, last-minute cancellations should be avoided except in emergencies.
Safety
Facilitators are responsible for conducting their workshops in a safe and professional manner.
Any activity involving specialized tools, heat, sharp objects, chemicals, or other potential hazards must be discussed and approved in advance.
Participants should receive appropriate safety instructions before beginning any activity.
Guest Experience
Our guests are our highest priority.
Please:
• Welcome participants warmly.
• Encourage creativity without judgment.
• Foster an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable participating.
• Be patient with beginners.
• Help create an experience that guests will remember long after they leave.
Workshop Collaboration
Every workshop is unique.
Workshop pricing, facilitator compensation, and revenue sharing are determined individually for each event based on its format, materials, and duration.
Before your workshop, we will work together to determine:
• Workshop objectives
• Class size
• Supplies and materials
• Pricing

• Marketing plan
• Setup requirements
